How to Convert PowerPoint to DVD in 3 Steps by using RZ PowerPoint Converter ?

For example, here we will convert and burn six Powerpoint files to a DVD movie for playback on the DVD players.
Step 1: Import PowerPoint Files - Click "Big Red Plus" button to import all PowerPoint files into the program, then press "Next" button.
Here we imported six PowerPoint files into the program, and all PowerPoint files be shown in the right list, like below pic.

  • You can press "Remove" button to remove the selected PowerPoint file from the list, or Press "Remove All" button to remove all PowerPoint files in the list.
  • You can press "Move Up" or "Move Down" button to adjust the order of PowerPoint file.
  • You can press "Music" button to select any format audio files as new background musics of these PowerPoint presentations.
  • If you have set slide transition time between slides in the PowerPoint file, you can simply check "Keep Actual Transition Time" option to retain the actual transition time in PowerPoint file.
  • If you want to set new slide transition time between PowerPoint slides, please uncheck "Keep Actual Transition Time" option, and press "Slide Transition Time" to set new Slide Transtion Time.

    • Step 2: Select "Convert To DVD", then press "Next".

  • You can press "DVD Settings" button to select NTSC or PAL, 16:9 or 4:3, Keep Aspect Ratio or Stretch, and adjust DVD quality, DVD Playback settings, Audio Channel, etc.
  • If you would like to add a DVD menu for PowerPoint presentation selection, please simply check "Enable DVD Menu" and press "Design Menu" button to design DVD menu.
  • The program built-in the powerful DVD menu creator, with it you can easy to create DVD Guide Menu, DVD Title Menu, and even DVD Chaper Menu.

    • Step 3: Select a Target and Press "Start".
    Here we want to burn the PowerPoint presentations onto a DVD disc, so we inserted a writable DVD disc into the computer Burner drive(our Burner drive is H:PIONEER, BD-RW BDR-205 v1.03), then press "Target:" to select this Burner drive as Target, like below pic. The program will convert all PowerPoint presentations to right DVD format, then burn onto the inserted DVD disc, once the process finished, we will get a DVD movie which can be played well on any DVD players.

  • If you would like to save the created DVD on computer hard drive for future burning, you could press "Target" to select "Save to folder..." as Target to save the created DVD folder on computer hard drive directly, or select "Save as ISO file..." as Target to save the created DVD as a standard ISO file on computer hard drive.
